PRS SE Swamp Ash Special Electric Guitar Maple Fingerboard Charcoal

The PRS SE Swamp Ash Special introduces – and reintroduces – a new electric model to the Paul Reed Smith SE series of instruments. Originally built as a USA model, the Swamp Ash Special has not been in production for well over a decade. By the request of many players and artists, the Swamp Ash Special makes a comeback, this time in PRS’ extremely popular series of cost-conscious guitars.

The SE Swamp Ash Special is very similar to its original USA model, of course featuring a full Swamp Ash body construction. This model features a heeled neck joint with bolt-on construction. It is equipped with amaple neck and fingerboard featuring PRS’ classic Birds inlays. The SE Swamp Ash Special also features a reliable set of PRS designed tuners, and the PRS Patented Molded Tremolo.

This guitar’s H-S-H pickup configuration is incredibly versatile, with a push/pull tone control engaging the guitar’s middle pickup.
