Kramer Guitars’ The 84 is a beast of a guitar that commemorates the golden age of shred with a modern twist.With a body and headstock styledafter the original Kramer Baretta, this rock machine sports a straight-positioned direct mounted Seymour Duncan pickup, Floyd Rose locking tremolo, and a single volume knob.

powerful and quick
playing, the ’84sports a lightweight alder body, a solid bolt-on maple neck featuring the K-Speed SlimTaper “C” profile, and a maple fingerboard with dot inlays that offers a comfortable 12″ radius, 25.5″ scale, and 22 medium jumbo frets. Also featured on The 84 is classic Kramer “banana” style headstockwith matching finish.
The 84 comes loaded with a Seymour Duncan SH-4 JB humbucker, a zebra-coil powerhouse hand-wound in Santa Barbara, CA. For over 40 years, the Alnico V JB has been the go-to pickup for classic hot-rodded tones. The JB is controlled bya single chrome knurled volume knob, which featuresa push/pull function for series/parallel tap.
For hardware, The 84 comes equipped with a Floyd Rose 1000 Series tremolo and
Floyd Rose R2 Lock Nut, ensuring precise intonation even through the wildest of dive bombs and expressions, and of course that your tuning stays put!
An optional Kramer940-KRSTCS hardshell case is available.
