Striking, and though a tonal beast, this guitar is easy to tame. An alder solidbody is gloss finished in a classic black, affixed with a white pearl pickguard. A bolt on roasted maple neck is connected, situated with a jatoba fingerboard for fast, precise shredding. The 25.5″ scale length is filled with 22 jumbo sized frets, marked with white dot inlays.

A HSS pickup configuration is implemented in this AZ Standard, offering the benefits of both single coil sweetness and powerful humbucking. No longer limited to just a 5-way pickup selector, the dyna-MIX9 Alter switch bends the possibilities up to 9 unique variations, combining the benefits of both pickup styles, and even transforming single coils into humbuckers; no one tone performs alike.
